Carlos Rivas-Hernandez
INTRODUCTION
Carlos is a Paralegal / Legal Assistant at KTS Legal. He intends to qualify as a solicitor and is developing a strong foundation in residential property and equity, with experience across a range of transactions.
He works closely with the residential property team on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease assignments, transfers of equity and new build matters. Carlos places client care at the centre of his work. He prioritises clear communication and ensures clients understand the transaction, their legal position and any associated
risk. He aims to provide a service that is efficient, transparent and commercially aware, so clients feel informed and satisfied throughout.
Since joining the firm, Carlos has supported the administrative team and assisted other solicitors with their caseloads where required. He is proactive and willing to take on responsibility and contribute wherever needed. He is committed to continuous professional development and building the skills required to practise at solicitor level.

Outside of work, Carlos values an active and balanced lifestyle. He enjoys cycling and going on hikes to stay proactive and maintain his wellbeing. He is a regular reader and has a strong interest in music, playing instruments and creating music with friends in his spare time, while also prioritising quality time with his family.
