Calvin Chan
INTRODUCTION
Calvin is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales who advises on both residential and commercial property matters.
He obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016. He subsequently completed the Legal Practice Course and an LLM in Commercial Legal Practice at BPP University in 2020. Before joining KTS Legal, Calvin gained
experience at a number of City law firms in London.
Calvin has advised and assisted clients on a broad range of residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, financing and refinancing matters. He also has experience in commercial property work and, as part of KTS Legal’s Property Department, advises clients
on both residential and commercial property transactions.
He has worked extensively with high-net-worth individuals and international clients. His understanding of the legal, commercial and cultural environments of both the United Kingdom and East Asia enables him to provide practical, commercially focused and tailored
advice.
