Srivarshini Chandrasekaran

INTRODUCTION

Srivarshini (Siri) Chandrasekaran is a Senior Paralegal in KTS Legal’s Dispute Resolution and Immigration Department. She graduated from the University of Kent with an LLB (Hons) in Law and subsequently obtained an LLM in Intellectual Property and International Commercial Law.

Since joining KTS Legal in April 2024, Siri has progressed from Paralegal Assistant to Senior Paralegal and now independently manages a substantial caseload under the supervision of the firm’s Director. She acts as the principal point of contact for both private and corporate clients, advising and progressing matters from initial instruction through to completion whilst delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.

She specialises in both business and private immigration, advising businesses on Sponsor Licence applications and compliance, Global Mobility and Skilled Worker sponsorship, mock compliance audit training, licence re-structuring and right to work obligations. She also advises private individuals on family, settlement and British citizenship applications, preparing detailed legal representations and supporting clients throughout the immigration process. She regularly prepares complex legal representations in response to Sponsor Licence suspensions, revocations, compliance action and civil penalty matters, assisting businesses in navigating the UK’s immigration framework whilst maintaining regulatory compliance.

Alongside her immigration practice, Siri undertakes dispute resolution work involving contractual disputes, debt recovery, pre-action correspondence, settlement negotiations and Alternative Dispute Resolution, supporting clients in resolving disputes efficiently and pragmatically before formal litigation where appropriate.

As an independent fee earner, Siri manages legal matters from instruction through to completion, maintaining long-standing relationships with the firm’s retained corporate clients and advising businesses throughout their growth, from company establishment and restructuring through to ongoing immigration and compliance requirements. She also contributes to the firm’s internal compliance procedures, legal precedents, operational development and business development initiatives, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services across the department.
