INTRODUCTION

Jaden is a paralegal within our busy residential property team. He prides himself on establishing good relationships with clients and ensuring that they feel fully informed and comfortable with the conveyancing process. He aims to take a proactive approach to working along with his supervisor and conclude matters in the timescales required by the clients. He endeavours to build strong connections with other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction. As a paralegal, he is responsible for assisting the property team with a range of residential property matters including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, new-build matters, shared ownership transactions, transfer of equities, remortgages and transfer of parts.
